Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Top sheet was as wide as the king bed, i.e., no overhang. Trash taken out, towels and supplies refreshed every other day. I requested and got ground floor room, since there's no elevator. Parking was well lit - even the overflow gravel lot. My brother got adjoining room. That was ok with me, and convenient, but they didn't ask me, just took his word. What if he'd been a stalker?

I was impressed by the conditions of the hotel for the price, it was excellent! Nice bedding, clean rooms and movie channels on the tv. Next time I go through ill definitely stay again!

It had bed bugs. The hallways were dim, as if we were travelling through caves. The breakfast was powdered eggs.

Not impressed ! Alot of room for improvement.

The room was rather dirty and there was debris all over the floor. Especially around the desk and the foot stool. There was long black hairs stuck to the walls of the shower. My room was only 1 door away from a very busy entrance which the door closer needed adjusted as it slammed everytime it shut. Im glad I was fby myself as the king size bed had a big divit in it on one side and the pillows were not very comfortable. The best thing I found about this room was the super soft water and the quality of soap, shampoo, and conditioner was good.Also being located next door to the Monterey mexican restaurant was a plus.

Too bad the beautiful pool was not open. They are having trouble finding compatible parts for an old pump. We all know about those kinds of issues.

The location was good for me. The furniture was kind of abused. The bathroom stucco was broken and laying on the floor. There were flies in the room. The hotel is past due for some updating.

I had reserved 2 rooms. One of the rooms was dirty (the room key from the previous occupant was on the table, there was trash in the waste can and there was a robe on the back of the bathroom door). The hallways were not clean.

Bedding was dirty….shower curtain was moldy…lamp didn’t work….Icebox didn’t work….water smelled of chlorine pool water…sink didn’t drain….carpet was so dirty… walls had stuff all over them…rooms that weren’t cleaned were left with the doors wide open…some rooms didn’t even get cleaned The entire time we were there. Employees smelled of weed… pool was under construction but it just looked like it needed a good clean.…no sign or indication that the pool was closed until went to access it and had to ask why the doors were locked. Breakfast was free was less than desirable.

Bit run down, Pool closed for a year!

I waited to give this review. To get this right in my head. I don't like giving bad reviews. Booked this hotel even though out of the way (40 miles each) Because it said it had a pool on this website, Expedia and their corporate website. Upon getting there we find out the pool has been closed for a year due to broken pipes. The clerk insisted that the website said that. But my wife and I could not find it anywhere. Tired and frustrated we got our room, And just wanted to rest after 452 miles of driving. The carpets in the hallways and room were dirty. The room smelled musty. The breakfast was was the least appetizing of all the hotels we stayed not bad, just not good. I hate to give that report but of the 8 hotels we stayed in on our 3,000 mile trip this was the worst.
