"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "The location is fantastic, with the beach right in front of the property. It’s also only about a 13-minute walk from Brighton Station, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only minor issue was that the toilet didn’t flush very well, and it occasionally seemed like the toilet paper might get clogged. However, flushing it a couple of times solved the problem. If you’re planning to stay in Brighton and want to be close to the seafront, I think this is an excellent place to stay."
