There were no frills, but everything was clean and new, nicely decorated. They had a great saltwater pool. The only negative for me was the lemon soap they provided to which I was allergic. Not their fault, though. We're definitely going back.

The property is very nice, however, they were short staffed and their key machine was not working. We waited for 10 minutes upon arrival for someone to come to the desk and check in. The front desk had to give us a master key and in the two days that we were they, they were not able to get us a second key. At breakfast, the pancake machine was broken and the oatmeal and eggs were gone (before 9:00), leaving limited options for breakfast.

It was very busy when we stayed due to a large wedding party, but the staff seemed to handle it well. We had to wait for refills on some of the breakfast items because of the large group.

There were two associates behind the desk that were only checking only one guest in at a time. Meanwhile, there was a long line of other guests behind me. Once I got to the counter, I was not greeted or welcomed. The two associates were cold, rude & unthankful for my business. It was extremely awkward and I will consider staying elsewhere.

Just go through the hotel's own reservation system
Showed up that evening to check in and was told that they had over booked and didnt have a room for me. The best they could do was give me a line card with a few possible alternatives. Beware of going through third parties to book a room anywhere. You’ve been warned. Go through the hotel's own booking center for a remote chance of actually getting a room. Turns out in this case there was a convention in town and I can only guess that my room went for many times more than what I had booked it for. As it was, I eventually found a room 30 minutes away for about 4x the going rate.

New hotel nicely presented would stay again
Modern newly built hotel with nice new décor and facilities. Has a gym and an indoor pool. Everything still has a new feel which was really nice. The room was great, good shower nice soaps/shampoos provided. A/C was good and fully controllable by the guest. Beds were great with new modern soft mattresses not the old metal springs! Large screen TV and fridge in room. Large free carpark, easy to find. Shops within walking distance Walmart/Aldi. Has breakfast bar in mornings with eggs, bagels etc. 24/7 coffee and water in reception.

The check in and check out process was easy and fast. The beds were very comfortable. The free grab and go breakfast was better than expected. The entire stay was exactly as I hoped. I also appreciated the extra little details, like the welcome screen with your name in the hotel room and the three different types of pillows.
