"Clean room. Nice easy check in. It did have a kitchen area which we didn't use, but looked well equipped. Used the hot tub which was very nice. The shower was updated and very nice in the morning. This was a nice place to stay."
The Lodge at Spruce Peak, a Destination by Hyatt Residence
10/10 Excellent
"Overall I’ve had excellent stays at Spruce Peak Lodge. The rooms are lovely. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Alpine Hall and Tipsy Trout restaurants are delicious. Outdoor pool and hot tubs are relaxing and surrounded by fantastic views. The only slight hiccup I’ve encountered both times are with the spa amenities. Each time the women’s space has been either out of commission entirely or broke while I was using it and I had to leave. That said, the spa did supply a voucher to cover amenities for a future visit. I just hope when I return to use it that the amenities are working."
"We really enjoy our stay!! The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the staff was great. We would highly recommend stay here and want to go back.
Our waiter Ryan was the only disappointment, but the food was a 10 out of 10, excellent!!"
"I was in town for a conference and I stayed in the new building facing the river. The property is lovely and the staff is so kind and helpful. I highly recommend."
"The room was small. No chair, no couch, no place to put luggage out of the way. The shower stall door was broken and the bathroom was very small with no room to move around with two people. My husband fixed the blind in our room because it was broken. The water took 30 sec or more to get hot. Loved the breakfast."
"the staff were amazing. very friendly and accommodating. room was clean and beds were very comfortable. would highly recommend and will be staying there again!"
"We loved the location and the views from our room. The small bathroom was a little challenging. The biggest issue we had was the bed. The floor of our room wasn't level therefore the bed was slanted. Our heads were lower than our feet and it was pretty uncomfortable. They allowed us to leave our bikes in the bike rental building and I am pretty sure someone used my bike. Probably need better communication among staff."
