Very romantic setting. Delicious daily breakfast cooked and served by innkeepers. Beautiful fall seasonal decorations throughout the inn/ rooms. Charming walking paths around the property. Enjoyed the in room fireplace and jacuzzi tub for 2.

This is an absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast. The rooms and their adjoining bathrooms are spacious. The owners are attentive, nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole property inside and out is magazine worthy! It’s the best B and B we have stayed at yet and we can’t wait to go back! We had an amazing stay at The Stone Hill Inn. The grounds are stunning, the rooms are spacious yet cozy, and the food was scrumptious! The owners and staff were super friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a couples’ getaway, book here.

This might be the nicest place I've ever stayed. The property is beautifully landscaped, the rooms are huge with a really nice double fireplace and jacuzzi tub. But what really made this place incredible was the owners. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with personal touches, engaging conversation, thoughtful local recommendations and a wonderful breakfast every morning. I look forward to another trip here, hopefully in the winter next time.

The staff and owners are great. The breakfasts were delicious and there are a lot of activities such as a pool table and puzzles for any rainy days. The grounds are beautiful with places to sit and relax.

Our Hosts, Christie and Todd were very gracious and accommodating. Todd's breakfasts were of gourmet calibre, and Tony, our valet/server was friendly and eager to please. The facilities were very well maintained and the amenities were plentiful. Our room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable with sliding doors to an outdoor area which was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The shower was strong and invigorating and the whirlpool tub overlooked a two sided gas fireplace which added to the ambiance. The game room offered a beautiful pool table and games and, of course a fireplace. Todd kept a fire going in the outdoor firepit each night which was pleasure to gather around. If I could offer 2 suggestions, I would have a small refrigerator in the room and would refrain from lawn maintenance on Saturday or Sunday. Overall, I would rate our stay close to perfect!

This is a fantastic, serene, and lovely spot. If you want to be near everything yet have a relaxing, quiet place to wind down, this is it! And the breakfast was delicious!

Amazing Bed and Breakfast Experience in Stowe!

The Stone Hill Inn delivers on every part of what to expect in a great bed and breakfast. The rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, clean, and updated. The property itself is set on a beautiful and quiet piece of land perfectly between the downtown area of Stowe and the Mountain Lodge. From the beginning, Todd and Kristie did an amazing job of greeting us and making sure we were happy, comfortable, and well-fed! The breakfasts were marvelous, with an alternating menu of sweet and savory. Spicy Fried Chicken with Corn Waffles one day and Apple Cinnamon French Toast the next, need I say more? The dining room itself is a beautiful space that is surrounded with windows to see out. When it snows it feels like you're in a snow globe. Can't wait to come back for the toboggan run =) There's a game room with pool table, puzzles and even a vast DVD library. The rooms themselves are big, but cozy. Beds are super comfortable and have super soft sheets and blankets. It really does feel like you're at home, but an even better version of home! Would absolutely stay here again!!

For the price you pay, i was expecting premium bedding, clean room that wasn't falling apart, which was not the case. The towel hook fell off the wall, the tub was clean, interpreted by the smell of chlorine, but there were several short and curly type hairs left behind. The fireplace was nice, but the dang wall timer was loud and annoying. When you are trying to relax and all you hear is tick tick tick tick tick, you wonder why you paid so much. Breakfast was pretty good, but the gf had the peanut butter waffles and didn't find them to be anything remarkable. Wouldn't stay again for the price. oh well.

Best B&B in Vermont! Perfect couples getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at The Stone Hill Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were very imperssed with the hotel and the staff. They made us feel very welcome! Our room was very spacious and nice. There was a fireplace in the room and also in the bathroom! We can't say enough nice things about this hotel. I work as a concierge at a luxury hotel so we have high standards when travelling and this exceeded them.

The Stonehill Inn Experience

Excellent location conveniently located to both the ski mountain and the village of Stowe. Your hosts, Linda and George, are lovely and engaging and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fantastic! Food was fabulous! It was exactly what we were looking for in a peaceful, quiet get-away to re-charge.
