The staff and the amenities were amazing. We were in the loft rooms which were clean but need an update. Other rooms were renovated and were great. Suggest for the loft rooms that can sleep 6 people that when you reno that perhaps you do a full bathroom plus a half bath with just toilet/sink. There ...

The Lodge at Spruce Peak, a Destination by Hyatt Residence
We had a wonderful mother/daughter massage. The spa was amazing. The Mountain View was spectacular from our room. The room had everything we needed.
