"This will be good in few years. Right now it's still lacking alot. There is constant construction , it's supposed to be utopia but there is floor making , huge trucks lugging dirt and most annoyingly there is a weird noise form the electric system in the yard . It isike an ancient Chinese torture every 45 sec or so you hear a 5 sec buzzing from the electric system. The staff is trying hard and 50 percent are very nice but the rest are just constantly confused."

"Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

"Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it ..."

"The hotel needs improvements , customer service was great, specially in restaurant. Thank you to Ani, Valentine and others cooks and servers. Please forgive me for the names. Evenings and lunches, restaurant do not provide tap water to customers. We must to buy bottled water in plastics if we are trusty and this situation was very disappointing to us. The problem was that not choice to buy a glass bottle water. The food taste was great and there was good choice, but nothing like last year and previous years before. Overall, was not so bad, but nothing like before. Thank to people who works there very hard."
