"Unfortunately, the hotel was far below our expectations. We stayed with our group of friends and children. Sadly, the beds and sofabed in every room were very uncomfortable. They were sagging and broken in the middle. Some of the towels were very worn and torn. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There's a tram stop in front of the hotel, making transportation easy. The room was averagely clean and smelled like a hospital."
