"Our stay at the Red Caboose Motel was memorable and charming! For my kids, staying in a train caboose was a unique experience. The property was spotless and had plenty of towels, etc. Fitting six people in a caboose means there's not a lot of indoor space to spread out -- but the weather was gorgeous and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors and exploring the area. The motel is located within minutes of several great attractions (Amish buggy rides on site, Strasburg railroad, Toy Train Museum -- we received a B1G1 adult ticket voucher at check-in, Choo Choo Barn, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, Railroad museum, Amish village, etc), and the Strasburg railroad runs right by the property. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the Amish farmers next door as they harvested a corn field across the road, and buggies drove by at regular intervals. And the little petting zoo by the parking lot was a family favorite. Best of all, it was very economical and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We're so glad we visited!"

"My wife and I came back home (Strasburg) for a family event. We were greeted as we entered the door for check-in. The desk rep was very friendly and asked that we feel free to call if we needed anything. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The morning breakfast bar was fully stocked and the food was delicious. My wife and I had some "not so pleasant" hotel experiences on another recent trip to another state, but your hotel was inviting and comfortable. We will definitely stay at your facility the next time we are in town."
