The Inn itself was truly charming and we were excited to learn about the history of the house. I have stayed at a good amount of B&B's, and the cleanliness at the Inn was above excellent, spotless! "My friend Lenny and I chose the Emerson as a central hub for our daily motorcycle trips. The whole property is amazing! Beautiful “log cabin” style rooms in the section we chose. Very comfortable beds and a daily morning dip in the large outdoor jacuzzi helped melt away the aches and pains of the daily rides. The bar was great and the food was too. Very friendly staff on all points! From the helpful front desk to the friendly bartender! So many beautiful places to see in this area. Plus you have the Woodstock Brewery and the Fenicia diner right down the road. These two places are a “must”to visit if you’re staying at the Emerson!"

"Very innexpensive motel, that being said, this motel was VERY clean 👍 (floors, bed and bathroom). Hard vinyl floors (not carpet)👍. Good sized mini-fridge 👍. Our car broke down and had to replace the water pump on my car in the motel parking lot (all day job) owner even lent me a couple of tools and was very empathetic which was the highlight of our stay. 👍. We had to stay an extra night because by the time I was done with fixing car, it was too late to drive back home (3 hour drive). Great owner!!! More than I expected from a innexpensive motel. We stayed in room 50. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
