"I really enjoyed my stay at the IHG hotel in Rosemont, Chicago. The customer service was excellent, especially the ladies at the front desk. They were friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in and overall experience very easy. I also really liked how simple and convenient the parking and payment process was. The location is another major plus because it’s close to the airport and the hotel offers a shuttle, which makes getting to and from the airport very convenient. There are also multiple stores and places nearby if you need anything during your stay, which was really helpful. The only downside I noticed was that the gas prices in the area were a little high, but that’s more about the surrounding area than the hotel itself. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The friendly staff, convenient location, easy parking, airport shuttle, and nearby stores make this a great choice for anyone visiting the Chicago/Rosemont area."

"Nice property with easy access to the rental car center and the airport. Breakfast was well prepared and a welcome treat. There is a funky smell as one walks towards the restaurant adjacent to to hotel. Not sure what that was all about, but definitely not appetizing. This is a great hotel for those needing a night before (or after) a long series or flights."

"Staff was great and room was clean. My biggest complaint is not really the hotels fault but why is the pool open at 5am? There were young men having a party at 5:15am. If youre going to allow pool access that early, soundproof the windows because now everyone facing the pool is being disturbed."
