"We enjoyed our stay here was within 10 minutes or less walking distance of Christmas markets. It was very nice and comfortable for 4 of us. There's a good place to eat right next door that was open until 10pm. "

We really enjoyed the apartment with everything being super comfortable, clean, and easy. And breakfast? Wow! We just loved the organic breakfast buffet with the vast selection of regional cheeses, meats, pastries, delicious eggs, yogurts, healthy beverages, and more. "Good size, updated room with air conditioning. This hotel was the first one we’ve had on this trip that had an outlet in the bathroom for curling wand. Breakfast was good with large variety. Hotel was a little difficult to locate as you can drive in a pedestrian zone to get to it for easy unloading/loading. Code is needed in later day to access pedestrian zone. The sign for hotel was quite small with small lettering. A member of our group had to walk around the area to find it while we waited in our car in the very busy pedestrian zone. Parking garage easily accessible down a few blocks from hotel. "

"We stayed here for two days. The room was great as were the facilities. The one thing that made our stay outstanding was the customer service provided by Anna during our check in and during our stay. She was the gold standard of customer service. Bravo! The next time I return, I will stay here for my third time. "

"The view of the lake was magnificent. The views and heritage homes were wonderful. The amount of day tourists were alarming, and the fact the way they behaved. As for the room itself, it was great. My only two issues were that the shower could not be properly adjusted and would always spray out onto the floor. And it was very hot without air conditioning. A fan was provided which helped a little. "
