Decent hotel, lovely location

Lovely location with a beautiful view (superior room). The bed was not very comfortable, and the staff didn’t offer any assistance when they saw I was using crutches. The bar was excellent, but the restaurant had food that looked nicer than it tasted. In short, a decent hotel with a lovely location, but it had the feel if trying to be a star better than it actually was.

Excellent Stay

We stayed in a family bedroom that was very spacious, with beds for four, plus a comfortable sleeping couch and a table that seated four. The hotel sits on a hilltop with a beautiful view over the harbor. Breakfast was excellent—truly the best I’ve had in Sweden.

Første gang på hotellet. Flott!!! Passe store moderne rom. I restauranten hadde man flott sjøutsikt. Det var bra utvalg fra menyen, god mat og flott service.

Mitt andra hem!

Min mamma är född i Strömstad det blev mitt andra hem, har pendlat från Örebro till Strömstad under hela mitt liv, när mormor o morfar gick bort blev det att campa mest på Lagunen. Nu var vi fyra damer som följde mig en troligtvis en sista gång, allt är sig likt och det kändes så fint. Allt kändes fint på Laholmen som jag tidigare endast har varit och dansat på med min dotter

Alt bra men frokosten var et kapittel for seg, lette lenge etter et bord, måtte spørre etter tallerkner, og bestikk. Dårlig etterfylling av fat, eggerøre var slapp og full av væske, back helt ihjelstekt så her har de mye å hente 🙈

Fikk først et rom som hadde flott utsikt,men mindre enn det jeg hadde bestilt. Det hadde heller ingen aircondition. Så fikk vi et rom i 1etg, som var en del større med aircondition. Dette rommet var skittent, det var hår i dusjen samt mye lyder fra toalettene og dusjen i etc over oss. Grei utsikt og god frokost.

En dag på västkusten.

Det bästa med hotelet var terassen med utsikt över hamnen. Helt okay standardrum där sängen och möjligheten att justera klimatet i rummet var det bästa. Frukosten var vad man kan förvänta sig av denna typ av hotel, det lilla extra som stack ut var amöjligheten till att få en omelett tillagad på plats. Trots fullbelagt hotel fanns bra med plats i matsalen.

Noe arrogant kundebehandling

Antakelig så bra belegg at de ikke tenker på gjenkjøp. Var ikke informert fra hotellet at parkering måtte forhåndsbestilles. Få parkeringsplasser så måtte ut og gå 10 minutter. Hadde booket rom for 3 personer, måtte selv finne ut av sovesofa og lete etter sengetøy. I tillegg funket ikke nettet. Det positive er hotellets flotte beliggenhet og renovering.

Hotell med grei beliggenhet. Dårlig med parkering. Måtte parkere i byen. Rommet bar preg av å være utdatert. Badet var ikke bra iht prisen. Vinduene var trege og vanskalig å lukke og åpne. Dårlig belysning.
