"Overall the place was very clean, but there were some frustrations with the communication. When I booked, I got an email saying they would contact the day of my stay with the room number and room code since it’s a contactless check-in. However, as it got closer to our arrival, it was silence on their end. I sent the property messages and got no answer. Finally had to call them when we got there, first time no one answered. Second time finally got someone who then texted me a door code and room number. This was annoying because why wouldn’t they email you the morning of with your info. Then, upon getting into the room, we found nothing worked. No lights, no fridge, no water, or anything. So we called again and the guy on the phone said the power was out. It was out for many hours late into the evening of our first night (had to eat dinner around 10 o’clock when the stove and microwave finally worked). The guy on the phone said he understood the inconvenience and could give us sort of refund which we never got. Other than that the room was very clean and once the power was on everything worked great."
