"We had a very enjoyable stay at Diplomat Hotel Prague. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and feels modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated the separate duvets. When we requested extra pillows, reception delivered them quickly. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and shower, large mirror and good quality amenities including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The room also included thoughtful extras such as a safe, shoe care items, mini fridge with complimentary water, multiple seating areas and a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. Complimentary breakfast was included and offered a good variety of tasty options. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a spa, gym, hot tub, sauna and multiple restaurants. There is also parking on site and free water available in the lobby. The location is convenient for both the city centre and airport via tram and bus, with shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were a slight odour in the room and weak air conditioning, as the room became quite warm at times. Overall, a comfortable and well equipped hotel with great amenities and service."

"My second stay at this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, they even have miso soup, and beetroot juice, as well as all kind of food you'd expect for breakfast. The room was spacious, water in shower is perfectly warm, and bed is comfortable. There is also an (empty) fridge in the room. Last year I was there the rooms had capsule coffee maker, this time it was just a kettle with nescafe provided, but still a lot better than nothing."
