"The staff greeted us quickly and gave us a tour of the place at check in. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The catfish at dinner was cooked perfect. The breakfast was excellent and we never ran out of the essentials. We saw the Northern Lights over the hotel that evening. I'd stay here again for sure. Thank you for you hospitality!"

"Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Quickly checked in and offered a complementary coffee (we also bought a delicious homemade cookie). Left a bag of laundry with reception which was ready before 8am the next day. The walk around the grounds is beautiful. The breakfast is a nice variation from the typical, we really enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff."

"This was our favourite stay while in Iceland. The cabins were well stocked and quiet, the right distance from town to feel removed. We were able to cook basic meals and we loved having access to a hot tub and sauna. Wouldn’t change a thing. It was lovely!"
