"I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing.
