"Great stay traveling win pets. The staff is very friendly. We were going for the beach so only visited the pool once. Pool was clean but limited chairs, tables and umbrellas. The dog park was very convenient. The continental breakfast was nice."

"The situation we ran into was I booked a room and unfortunately no where was it listed when i was booking it that based on the room rate it was on the third floor. Given that I have some mobility issues that posed to be a problem. I was told that in order for me to get a room on the first floor even an accessible room it would have to be booked at a higher rate and therefore I would have to pay extra. So unfortunately I had to pay a higher rate on top of an already higher rate. My advice to Expedia as well as to the owner is that they should be advertising the truth which is you have to pay more in order to stay on the main level. And expect to pay more for a room if you need a handicap accessible room because it is located on the first floor which is automatically a higher rate. The room and facility were clean. The cleaning staff and the maintenance staff seem to take very good care of the property. It's too bad there is an investment in having a live front desk person versus the virtual ones that they currently have."

It is moderately priced , they were able to respond to our unexpected need to stay additional days in the same room which was great. This is a busy hotel and we were happy to be able to get the room during a peak season at the last minute."
