The rug needs to be vacuumed. Not a good shower spray. Biggest issue is too few electrical outlets and most are poorly placed.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sturbridge by IHG
Breakfast was average. Staff was not very warm, it felt a bit like we bothered them with any asking. Room was clean and very comfortable, toilet paper was missing. I would go back but it would be nice that they improve on those things.

The staff was great. The walls are really thin so I heard both the couple to my left and right well into the night. I had a slight problem at checkout because I had paid Expedia for my stay but somehow the transaction never posted to my reservation at the hotel. It took over an hour to remedy this ...
