Rigtig fint hotelværelse til at være i. Det var dog ingen mennesker i receptionen og ham der tog imod os var meget insisterende før vi ankom om vi nu overholdte tidspunktet og så kunne han ikke tale andet end tysk. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for.

Die Zimmer sind ganz okay, recht groß und sauber. Zimmerreinigung gab es leider keine, somit auch keine frischen Handtücher/Duschtücher. Der Einfangsbereich ist sehr dunkel und "muffig". Frühstück bestand leider nur aus einem "Kontinental Frühstück"

Eher nicht oder Pech mit dem Zimmer gehabt

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon, jedoch waren Tisch und Stühle mit einer dicken Staubschicht überzogen und ich musste den Roomservice darauf hinweisen die Garnitur zu reinigen. In meinem Zimmer war der WLAN Empfang so miserabel das auf dem Schreibtisch kein Empfang möglich war. Das Passwort für die Nutzung bekommt man nur auf Anfrage. Nur ein Gerät kann man verbinden. An der Rezeption hat mir der Mitarbeiter erklärt, dass das so üblich sei. Die Matratze war für mich zu weich und das Licht im Bad war mit der Lampe im Flur gekoppelt. Das Frühstücksmenu war überschaubar und der Orangensaft aus der Flasche war an 2 von 4 Tagen war, Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen hier erneut zu übernachten.

Avoid this hotel in Sindelfingen

This is a dark, gloomy hotel. It appears to have been built in the 60's and not updated since. The threadbare towels might have even been around then! The bed was comfortable however, and the room was clean. Check in was efficient, but when I was ready to check out I waited ten minutes before someone came to the desk. At breakfast I had to walk around the room to find a place with silverware. The Continental breakfast choices were fine, but the boiled eggs were all gone, and the scrambled eggs were dried up from sitting in a warmer for several hours. There was no employee around until halfway through my meal when someone came in and seemed very surprised that I was there (it was one hour before the published breakfast time ended). Finally I got coffee. It's too bad that this hotel is so bad because the setting is beautiful and many restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. In its current state, however, I would not recommend it.

Missed Expectations.

No in-room wifi; we need to get on-line a lot as we travel. Though very tired, we went to lobby to get on- line. Only 1 dim overhead light. Asked if we could turn on light in restaurant & work there. After a "no," we got a "yes" which worked out OK. Carpets stained. Heated towel bar worked.
