Wonderful staff - thank you

I arrived at midnight and left at 9 the following morning so didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel but I have to commend the staff. My flight was delayed twice and I wasn't sure how or when I would arrive but Daniela gave me clear instructions on how to find an access my room after hours and everything worked exactly as described. This is such a relief when you are a lady travelling on your own in an unknown area late at night. Big thanks to the staff.

Es war angenehm und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Was nützt es zu schreiben, dass mir das Frühstück gefallen hat, wenn du eigentlich nur einen Kaffee und und ein Brötchen brauchst... Was sagt dir, dass ich in dem Bett gut geschlafen habe, wenn du lieber im weichen Queen-Size Bett schläfst? Und wenn du ein neues Hotel erwartest, dich hier aber ein gepflegtes, angenehm großes Zimmer und Bad erwartet, wenn du eh nur 1 Nacht für die Messe bleibst?

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience! The reception is unmanned much of the time, which meant I was told by the breakfast staff to leave the key on the reception desk on departure, which I did. After I departed I had a call from the owner accusing me of walking off with the key. As I explained to him, I had tucked the key toward the back of the desk, so I suspect he just didn’t look carefully enough. He became extremely aggressive and unprofessional in the call in which he also randomly accused me of leaving the lights on! As seasoned business traveller I’ve never experienced anything like it. Outrageous! The room are good, however.

Das Hotel ist einzigartig, ruhig, helle und saubere Zimmer, Parkplatz im Hinterhof kostenlos vorhanden, das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert (wegen Corona) von sehr freundlichen, liebevollen Menschen. Man wurde einfach verwöhnt.Obwohl man Unterwegs ist, fühlt man sich hier Zuhause. Was will man mehr?

It was very clean and the checkin staff were quite friendly. The room was spacious but the bed was too firm for me. Loved the tile in the bathroom and within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants and unfortunately due to covid the bar downstairs was not open and I didn’t get breakfast but would stay again.

Perfect

I loved my stay here. Very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was so good! I was especially impressed with the care that the staff takes. There were 3 people attending the breakfast and they were on top of keeping everything full and clean. I even witnessed what I believe to be the owner teaching a new employee how he likes the silverware placed on the tables. He was very particular but again it shows the care and thoughtfulness put into the details here. Also I didnt get ti enjoy it but the pub next door is alone worth staying here for. Thank you!

Hotellet ligger alldeles bredvid tågstationen för S2/S3 Leinfelden. Hotellet har både vanliga hotellrum och några fullutrustade våningar. Shopping finns närområdet med både Aldi, Edeka och LIdl för livsmedel.En ordinär frukostbuffé serveras.Hotellet har bra standard och är rent och snyggt,

High value for money

For being a "budget hotel" this place was definitely value for money. The room was very basic but the bed was reasonably comfortable and the desk was fine for working (but Wi-Fi slow). Everything was perfectly clean and the breakfast was also OK. The staff was extremely friendly. The only negative point is that walls are rather thin so I clearly heard when phones and alarms rang in the neighbouring rooms. Be aware that the reception is closed for the night (late arrivers can pick up room keys in the neighbouring pub) I would stay again.

Positiv überrascht

Überraschend gutes und neuwertig möbliertes (Einzel-) Zimmer. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber, Frühstücksservice sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück. Straße vor dem Haus etwas laut, aber gut isolierte Fenster. Verkehrsgünstig direkt am S-Bahnhof gelegen.
