Nice Stay in Stuttgart

This is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Porsche factory and/or Museum. It’s a 6 minute walk. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked. We appreciated the extra pillow. The breakfast brunch was delicious. The only suggestion would be to have basic toiletries for sale with the other items at the front desk

There is a smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Also, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I requested a hotel room change, and the staff kindly changed it for me.

Auch ein Kunde für eine Hotelbuchung hat so etwas, wie Mindestanforderungen, die mit der Buchung verbunden sind. Diese Mindestanforderungen wurden NICHT erfüllt. Dazu gehört u.a., dass warmes Wasser aus dem Hahn des Waschbeckens kommt und dass die Dusche warm wird und dass ein Zimmer ein FENSTER hat. Ein Bier für 6,00 EUR zu verkaufen halte ich für eine Frechheit. Die Kontaktpersonen signalisieren sehr deutlich, dass sie keine Lust auf eine aktive Interaktion mit dem Kunden haben - worst case - niemals wieder.
