Clean and comfortable room. Good shower. Decent size tv too which was nice. Coffee machine in the room was great. Friendly staff in the bar. Excellent, secure luggage storage too. Close to a mall/food options.

Good hotel with decent and clean rooms. Location is a pain with cases on public transport being a chore to get to/from metro station and too far to walk from the bahnhof. Skipped breakfast as it was too expensive an used nearby cafes.

Initial check in was very male orientated with my husband receiving receptive and non biased check in. Small rooms with trying to give us a twin bed instead of queen bed I reserved.

I have stayed in this hotel three times with my daughter since this autumn and all three of the times I have received an excellent service. In times of the flight delays or cancellations I just needed to email the hotel to let them know about the situation and they just solved the bookings with no problem. The rooms are clean and pleasing, the Wi Fi is great, the breakfast is lovely and staff is incredibly friendly. And the hotel is just three minutes walking distance from the shopping center, which was an extra bonus for my daughter. I highly recommend to choose Mercure Hotel City Center to anyone and we are looking forward to our staying there next time we travel to Stuttgart.

They do not have family rooms. We booked a room for three. They can’t accommodate that. The problem is that this was not specified when booking. Staff was Unwilling to help. Ended up cramping in a queen bed.

Toilet roll is a serious issue, i mean if you havent got it the towels and curtains are serious contenders. We asked several time a day for toilet roll but even though promised they never came. Tip for you is to raid the toilets in the basement which are fully stocked. Will never stay in a Mercure Hotel againterrible, glad to leav.
