Kann ich soweit empfehlen, mit kleiner Kritik !

War soweit ok und sauber, leider kein Fahrstuhl im Haus, hatte im 3. Obergeschoss mein Zimmer. Für eine Übernachtung OK aber für fast ganze Woche stressig. Es gibt einen Kaffeeautomaten im Haus für kostenlose Selbstbedienung, was gut ist. Lüfter im Bad ist sehr Laut und die Wassermenge in der Dusche ist wohl künstlich begrenzt. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Besteck und Mikrowelle ist dafür positiv hervorzuheben.

Wir haben es schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht und wurden bisher immer nett empfangen. Ein frühere Check in war bisher auch immer möglich! Relativ günstige Unterkunft, allerdings darf man keine Wunder erwarten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Kellergeschoß bekommen, das nur wenig von dem Flair der Zimmer auf der Angebotsseite hatte. Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man für einen kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt ist da, einzig ein etwas größerer Tisch wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Leider war die Einrichtung schon abgewohnt, an den Wänden waren mehrere abgeriebene Stellen und auch beim Kleiderschrank war einer der Griffe lose. Generell saubere Unterkunft, allerdings sollte man nicht zu genau an den verborgenen Stellen hinsehen. Darüber hinaus war bei meinem Aufenthalt der Papierkorb mit den Hinterlassenschaften des vorherigen Gasts nicht geleert worden. Die Parkplatzsituation um das Gebäude gestaltet sich schwierig, es gibt aber eine Straße weiter ein öffentliches Parkhaus, dass man von 18 - 8 Uhr kostenfrei nutzen kann.
