"The Ambiance was great nice tranquil setting however there were several cons, towels were old and dingy, curtains nasty, bed not comfortable and breakfast was a waste of our $$. The staff at the reception was great but facility needs much improvement. Location was great as it was close to the Main Street shops and restaurant."

"Clean, safe and quiet! Very convenient for a short stay in Chiang Mai, easy to get around and close to airport. I took off a star because the dining options were confusing - in order to have breakfast at the hotel you have to book it in advance the day before. But luckily the area around is very walkable so I found dining options elsewhere "
