Checking in & out was self service although there was someone to help if needed.
The room was fine. There was a pendant lamp that was low and we kept bumping into it. Overall a comfortable stay. It's close to the train station and convenient.
There's free coffee in the lobby for guests. There is a laundry room but we did not use it.

Good for group, couple, solo travellers. Very happy with the stay and cleanliness. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to explore taipei 😁 also connected to a McDonalds on the ground floor, yum!!!!!
Room was smaller than expected, but other than that it was a great stay!

"We booked city view but actually we faced the mountains and we could not open our blinds because some apartments on the mountain would be able to see us naked and that’s not acceptable. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely return and recommend it to others."
