"Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable. "

"Property is located directly on the main square and exits directly into a restuarant with many many other optinos within a 5 minute walk. You can get to the winery's with a quick walk across the river, meaning there is no concern with driving. Aside from location, the staff were super friendly and communicated well up front to organize parking. The room was simple, but clean and had everything you need. Considering it was on the main square the room was silent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haro."
