The staff was great/ helpful and eager to help. The pool area is great, breakfast is good. The bathroom was dated and small. We enjoyed our stay for 5 days and used this hotel 2 more times before, one of which was also for 5 nights.

The staff are not very Welcoming. Turn down the bedding and found a urine stain on the bottom sheet of our bed. Reported to staff gave a new room. Shower leaked in the new room floor soaked. Reported to staff again no apology or reimbursement for the inconvenience. Overall very unhappy with this place.

Staff had difficulty transferring us to another room due to their computer skills. We waited at the desk for 30 minutes as they struggled. The obvious manager kept leaking in and out of his office trying to smile at us and engage and never stopped to ask if he could help. Rundown rooms, pretty bare was not a room we were looking forward to returning to at night. Bed was very uncomfortable, made noises when I shifted during the night. First room we switched out of were all bare floors and the patio was a mess and faced a brick wall. This was the reason we switched to another room. The balcony in the second room was falling apart and had no chairs on the balcony and no chairs in the room that could be brought out. When I booked the room it was with the intention of sitting outside at night with a glass of wine. Parking was minimal for the size of the hotel. When we returned at night from dinner there was no parking available so we had to park on the street and it wasn’t the greatest area. I would never book here again and frankly I’m shocked at the level of disrepair for a brand like Radisson. This will make me reconsider Radissons on the whole.

There were people loitering around the front of the hotel...The first room they gave us was in terrible condition, the second room was moderately better.

Bed could use upgrade, relatively clean although found gum on headboard (stuff happens). Staff was friendly and easy to deal with, always smiling. Would go back.
