"Check yourself in. No hot water in the shower. Rooftop bar said there was a 20 minute wait, guy was not very pleasant, said they would text when it was our time, never got a text. View was nice, but I would have rather spent the money on a hotel with friendly staff and hot showers. "

"We liked the hotel but it is a little different from what we are used to. A little industrial verses warm and cozy. Staff were great and continental breakfast was typical items and good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My issue is the bathroom. No counter space or cabinets to put anything on and my biggest issue was the water pressure. It wasn’t good. Overall it was a good stay but not necessarily one we would go back to. "

"The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. There is a walking area outside. Walking outside of the back entrance the grounds were littered with cigarette butts which are not friendly to dogs. You pay almost as much for the pet fee as you do for the nights stay the grounds should be monitored for cleanliness for people and pets. The area is great. "

"The beds were super comfortable but the rooms were dated with tired bathrooms, and old carpeting in the large, main room. It was clean but because it was run down it didn’t feel clean."

"We had a great time exploring the city during our two night stay. You really can’t ask for a more convenient location in Boston. Our room was large with a view of Fenway park, as well as being incredibly clean! The hotel staff were wonderful, and the door men/valet were incredibly helpful! The only issue we found was with the elevators. We were on the 3rd floor, and we were not able to select floor 3 in 3 of the 4 elevators. We got stuck on either the lobby floor trying to go up, or on floor 3 trying to go down, multiple times. We tried the stairs without success, as we were not able to access the hotel from the stairwell, instead having to exit outside into the alley and walk around. This was not enough to keep us from enjoying our stay, we just had to work around the glitches. We bumped into one staff member and they assured us they would look into it, but I suspect they thought we were not operating it correctly. Overall, great stay! Just be aware of the elevators on the 3rd floor."
