"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

The room was nice and comfortable, but the staff was quite indifferent, polite, although somewhat inflexible and not very willing to help when we asked for something out of the ordinary and we never felt particularly welcomed or cared for. Overall, a good option for its location and comfort."

After exploring during the heat of summer, the stunning pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off. The rooms are divine and the beds are incredibly comfy! Breakfast each morning was delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to return!"

The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"
