Terri was also wonderfully polite, friendly...l highly recommend this hotel, it was spotless, comfortable, and Emily and Terri truly made our stay Wonderful…"

"Rating: 2/5 Paid $225 for one night during the NCAA Division I Men’s National Championship game, which I understand is a high‑demand event—but the quality of this hotel did not justify the price. This property is very dated and had a sketchy feel. There were multiple damaged vehicles parked directly at the main entrance that never moved during our stay—one had three flat tires, and the others were heavily damaged. There is only one way in and out of the property, and there was a police car parked around the corner from the entrance, which was concerning. The staff was polite, but the overall atmosphere felt unsafe. This is very much a Super 8/Motel‑style property. The room itself was clean, but there were several maintenance issues: missing outlet covers, missing light bulbs, and noticeable scratches on the walls and floors. Overall condition was poor. My wife was not happy with the stay, and given the cost, we were extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this property, especially at premium pricing."

"Room was nicer than expected. AC and heat worked fine. Only real negative was the hallways had a funky odor almost like mold. Seemed stronger closer to the elevators and ice machines so may be coming from there. Was surprised by quality of the room after experiencing that in the hallway though. Staff was also excellent both the team when we arrived and when we left. Very polite and accommodating. "

"The kids LOVED the pool, and the adults were thrilled with the hot tub. So many places advertise hot tub, but upon arrival, we learn that it is"closed for maintenance" or they actually just don't even have a hot tub, that gets Soo irritating, but that was not the case here. The hot tub and pool were both fantastic! Definitely exceeded our expectations! "
