We had such a lovely stay at Mahameru. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and helpful. Any question or request we had was handled quickly and with a smile, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
The breakfast was a real highlight, with a great spread of fresh, delicious options that made for a perfect start to each day. The whole place feels luxurious, from the beautiful setting to the thoughtful little touches throughout, yet it never felt stuffy. It was relaxing, welcoming, and exactly what we needed.

We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort.
Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

Quite simply this was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The hotel is small and personal without being claustrophobic. All the staff, of which there are many, are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay so special. Everyone has a smile on their face. Well done to the management for maintaining such a positive attitude with their team. The architecture of the hotel is perfection. We loved our room. The food and drink are of a high standard and yet reasonably priced. I loved the ease of using the hotel app to communicate with front desk and room service. All our requests and questions were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. We stayed in a double room villa which was actually two separate identical villas sharing our own large private pool. We even had a sea view.
Any negatives? Not really. One of the lights in our pool was out, the plug in the bath didn’t make a perfect seal so drained out slowly and the tapas bar was closed on a couple of the nights we were there. Did it spoil our holiday - not one bit. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.
