"Palorto Inn is a beautiful hotel in Gjirokaster, close to Old Town Bazaar. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the city and castle. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. I recommend coming to this historic town and stay at this beautiful hotel. "

"Lovely staff team made us feel very welcome. The room was great with a lovely view from the balcony and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the bazaar and its cafes and across the road from a lovely old house that you can look around. Recommended."

"This hotel has a great location close to Gjirokaster castle, old town and other historic attractions. It provides parking for the guests which is really ok if you traveling by car. The service and the staff are excellent hard working and professional people and very kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience- the location of the hotel is great, the breakfast was plentiful and authentic Albanian food served with kindness and hospitality. We highly highly recommend this amazing hotel in Gjirokaster."

"The rooms are outdated and have a strong baby powder smell. While they provide the necessities, the furniture and overall condition need improvement — both chairs in our room were stained. There was also a private party during our stay, and the noise and music carried on until 2 a.m., making it hard to sleep. The location does not actually offer views of the Vjosa River from the rooms, only the mountains. On the positive side, breakfast was enjoyable with a nice view and good coffee, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s fine for a short stop to enjoy breakfast, but I would not recommend spending the night."
