"Great location! Nice pool, nice selection of breakfast items, nice rooms. Ok beds. Could be better food quality. Missing EV charging facilities, water/tea/coffee in room or at common rooms."

"Nice place to stay in Międzyzdroje!!! Staff very friendly!!!! Very highly recommend!!!!"

"Der var alt hvad der skulle være. Superfint spaområde med pool, jacuzzi, sauna og dampbad - helt i top. Maden var også helt fint. Værelset var også fint, men sengen var gammel/ træls og trænger til en opgradering. Ellers superfint. "

"Breakfast is excellent, hard to beat. We got a top floor room with a nice view. Room was clean and I had no problems with noise. The hotel is conveniently located to the promenade and the beach. My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. After a lot of back and forth and getting Expedia involved, I did eventually get the money back, but it wasn't the full amount (maybe because of the exchange rate...

"Property, view, staff, and amenities was excellent. The only knock we had on it was the parking situation and ability to get to the front of the hotel/parking garage. A suggestion I would say is to maybe put a sign on the corner of the Under Armor store to direct parking traffic."

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"Smutsig balkong, galet mkt folk på frukosten och så mkt myggor att det inte gick att vara utanför rummet eller öppna fönstret. Vi fick fly, dock var solnedgången på stranden fantastisk!"

"Very nice place, will be coming back next year and bringing more of the family."

"Hotellet var helt topp! Benyttet ikke noen av fasilitetene som spa, bassenger eller restaurant. Meget imponerende frokost."

"Clean, good rooms and friendly staff. Great location. Good value for money. But the rooms could not black out during night time and you could hear everything from the floor above, hallway and also from the outside."

"Really good!!!"

"The person running the pool, Piotr I think was great with my son and Otter kids as weel. Helping them with swinging instructions at the same time being service minded towards other guests. We stayed 21-22 of july and it was Nice! "

"Pretty good hotel"

"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English. Overall, an unwelcoming and impersonal hotel."

"Alles an diesem Appartement war perfekt!! Ausblick, Sauberkeit, Atmosphäre, Lage, Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den super bequemen Betten. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation war problemlos und sehr herzlich."

"All was very good!"

"Staff was amazing. Property had everything you could possibly need. Quick access to beach and shops. Breakfast buffet had great variety."
