When we first arrived, the greeter was so nice. Made us feel welcome the staff in the morning in the eating area or so cheerful and helpful with our two daughters thank you very much to them.

Top Rate, Comfortable Accommodations

The hotel was FANTASTIC! Whenever we plan on returning or going through Lake Charles for future events or family visits this WILL DEFINITELY be our go-to hotel. Management was superb, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bar down stairs was quite accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The room was very nice but in the morning the water was out for the entire hotel we checked with the front desk and we told since we went through a third party there was nothing that could be done

Went there for a get away with my family overall nice place but our vehicle got stolen out the parking lot the first night we was there. The thieves sat there on camera in front of the lobby for 2 hours until they stole our vehicle and no one noticed anything.

The bed was uncomfortable. I was way too firm. I would have been just as comfortable sleeping on the floor. My 15 year old son said the same. The room was decent. I could have been cleaned a little better. The hotel location was right near a busy highway which the sound traveled into the 436 room.

Heard the interstate all night. A/c was broken in lobby, and nightly cookies weren't offered because the oven was broken. Seems to be falling apart. Area around hotel needed maintenance. Disappointed

The facility looks new and clean. However, on the 2nd night of our stay on Christmas Eve, there’s no water. We could understand that it’s no fault of theirs that the City turned off the water but what we didn’t like was there was no prior warning and it caught us off guard.

I liked the location. It was 5 minutes from our destination. The first night was nice and quiet. The lady at the fron desk was very nice as well. One of the workers didn't know where the laundry room was or that it only took a card and not coins. Our rooms were not cleaned from the first night or at lest given fresh towels and maybe even the trash taken out. This was very disappointing. The second night was very loud and full of children running all over the place and no staff members addressed them or the parents.

This property was definitely remolded. I can’t tell what it was prior, but this shouldn’t be associated with a “Hilton”. I have a family member that works for Hilton and this property does not feel, nor look like a Hilton property. The shampoo and conditioner in the room was cheap and awful. Why are you having to pay for a breakfast there when you are spending money to stay there in the first place. Make sure you get a print out of your bill before you leave. Do you see all the taxes they had on. This in price gouging. Do not stay at this property

This is an excellent option for a business stay. the staff is super-friendly and knowledgeable. I love the modern decor. The bar and restaurant are easy access and the welcome cookies are amazing !!
