Self-Check-in is great, parking with a charging station for e-cars is also wonderful, a bakery and a grocery store nearby, the Mountain View is stunning. Good room, comfy beds. The only minus is the absence of air conditioning

I rated the staff and service 5 stars, yet everything was automated and simple. We did not see anyone during check-in/check out. Easy to use parking garage, nice bakery attached to the hotel. The room is not very big but has all that is needed.

Amazing

Probably one of the best quality hotels ive stayed at in a long time, better than most 5 star hotels. Peacefull, spotless, amazing veiws and it was just perfect. You feel really comfortable and safe here. We had one issue which was my own fault, I picked up my bank card instead of my room card and locked myself out of the hotel as the whole building is key card entry. So makesure you write down your booking number just incase you forget your card as the machine will give you a new one.

Good motel, but order the room directly to hotel

First time I register in an hotel without reception. The automatic system works well, but the hotel.com didn'nt sent me any proper identification number, so I've not been able to key the keys directly. I had to call the help phone number which has been really efficient and the keys were delivered in 3 min. Good ! The motel is globally nice, clean and good quality. Good idea to have the breakfast directly in the bakery inside the motel building. It's good, and costless.

Pretty average

This was immaculately clean, free underground secure parking. Absolutely soulless. No air conditioning as it done from underfloor heating so had to have window open all night and was kept awake by mopeds racing up and down the road and drunken youths shouting. Breakfast was in a public bakery which whilst was very good was not included as advertised throughout the hotel. Check-in was straight forward enough as long as you have your check-in details via email to hand. Could be a great hotel if you are allocated a room at the back and have enough German to argue to toss re breakfast charges where the bakery staff suddenly only speak German.

it was very clean but the automatic check up isn't so easy there is no air conditioned In summer it can be a bit difficult moreover if you have a room loking towards the street which is noisy Everything else is OK

When we tried to check in at the front door with the keypad, our reservation number was denied. We called the number listed on the front door for assistance , but could make no connection after dialing 3 times. We waited almost half an hour before a staff member was at the front desk. Had she not come coincidentally at that time who knows how long we would have waited. We were almost late meeting local family members for dinner. Except for the first morning, breakfast was disappointing and we bought our own food at the attached Mangold bakery.
