"This hotel is just one year old. It is in a beautiful location even for a weekend getaway from Jakarta. The hotel is very well managed and the staff is excellent. I ordered room service a few times and the food and preparation was really excellent. I was pleasantly surprised in all aspects."

We will absolutely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Bengkulu. Breakfast had a wide range of food, including both Indonesian style dishes and western type of food."

"The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location. "
