"I wasn't notified ahead of time that there was missing information for my verification so the check in details weren't provided to me in time. I was on the phone with member services for 30 mins trying to get it figured out. The location is great however, there is a significant amount of traffic noise at night for hours on end. Very loud cars which seem to drag race down Broadway, both nights we were there. It was super hard to sleep through. The bedroom in the 'primary' room was horrible along...
