"Stayed in the same room a couple years ago. since then it had been remodeled. Big improvement. Only thing was the TV was constantly turning on and off every time the refrigerator kicked on and off. Also only half the screen was usable. Had small picture all the time. Personally I think there is an electrical issue between the 2. My main complaint is that the room was bug infested. first time they came in and mopped the floor. Did not help. I used my own personal body spray which helped. Whatever the bugs were, they seemed to have been coming in through the ac/heat unit. Told front desk about it again after a day of not really seeing any that they were back again. This time let them come in and change everything in room and clean it. Did not help and I was tired of telling them it needs exterminated. I feel I should get a discount for having to put up with the issue. Next time I come to Lebanon, I will stay somewhere else. Switching rooms may or may not have been an option, Just totally disappointed in the whole experience both times I have stayed there."
"Worst part of the whole stay was that I woke up and my room was INFESTED with little ants. They weren’t there the night before. And I was on third floor so they didn’t come from under the door. It was bad. Other than that, the front desk guy the night I checked in was rude, could barely hear him as he mumbled, not a please or thank you to be found. The room was bare bone, not even a coffee maker. The bathroom didn’t even have hand soap! Next to the prison like sink was a bottle of lotion in the wall?! The bed and pillows were comfortable and location convenient but I would never stay here again. I did tell the front desk when I left about the ants and she didn’t seem surprised, just said oh sorry I’ll tell the manager, who I think was the guy there when I checked in so I’m pretty sure he won’t care"
"Reached out to the staff, electrical tape over outlets, pool filled with mattresses, ceiling chipped from previous leaks, and extremely stained bedding."
"Beautiful hotel however, we asked the front desk for our room to be cleaned and were told since we were only staying a weekend, it would not be cleaned. I asked, "Can we at least get the bathroom cleaned and some towels?" I also added that there were medical issues in the room. I was then told, they would clean the bathroom. To my disappointment, when I returned to my room from a full day outing, nothing was done. I reported it to the front desk and I was then able to get towels and the trash removed around 11pm that night."
