"Wow . . . this property is less of a hotel, and more of a resort with around 20 buildings spread out over many acres. The room was huge, about 50% larger than in similar properties. Great staff. Extra clean facilities. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended."

"Was not pleased with the continental breakfast it was not available right at seven when they said to come down for breakfast they did not have any food prepared already until after 7:45"

"Very clean and kind staff. I would like to recommend to stay here if you don’t have children. If there is slippers would be much better, and check the shampoo and conditioner full since there was no conditioner in the container."

"Room was decent however the shower handle was broken, we had to hold the shower head by hand every time we showered. I notified staff and they said they were going to repair while they cleaned our room. The ice maker didn’t work, I notified staff, they said they would repair but it was broken all weekend. The tile on the floor was damaged. I was shocked when all of the had happened, it is the Hyatt I’m talking about suppose to be top tier. Other than that, the facility was good; pool, breakfast, parking. "

"It wad horrible. The place was filthy inside & out. There were roaches as soon as we checked in. We had to leave. Could not stay. Worse place to stay and worse feeling to have to book a different hotel so far away from home . "

"Clean and everything was good. Only bad part was the couch bed was bad. The couch itself was uncomfortable and the bed inside was awful as well. Would definitely stay again."
