"Great place at a good location"

"No one was at front desk, I had to search for someone after standing there waiting to check-in after several minutes. Fridge didn't work, no TV remote, handicap room was NOT handicap bathroom accessible! Staff was friendly but always on their phones - very unprofessional. "

"The property and the people were good. Except this has been the third time we’ve been to the Heritage Inn ‘and they say the hot tub is running.. Again we get there and it is not working. They keep saying it just broke down but that’s been over three years that we know of that it just broke down either. Take it off the website and don’t advertise it because that was the reason we went there. We stayed three days because we thought it was working again ,and before we booked i called the hotel direct 3 times and there was no answer."

"It was nothing to write home about and nobody was really works there. You check yourself in on an iPad."

"The room was clean and nice. However the staff gave my room keys to a couple and I was resting in my room when all the sudden people are trying to get into my room. When I got up and opened the door they were just as shocked as me. They showed me the keys they were given and sure enough it had my room number on it. They apologized and went back to the desk. Then when I went down to talk to the front desk they told me they never gave room keys to my room and went on and on about how it didn’t happen."
