"The only issue that we had was the indoor pool room was too hot to sit in. Apparently the A/C unit is not working. We were not made aware of this issue at check-in. Which would have been nice to know. My 5 yr old grandson told the desk staff that he wanted to go in the pool as soon as we checked in. I feel that we should have been made aware at that time. His mom,my wife and him all got changed and went down to go swimming. They couldn’t stay more than a few minutes, the water was ice cold and the room was a sauna at least 96°. Hopefully it’s fixed by the time you read this.
Everything else was fine. Plenty of parking, the breakfast was very good. The person that runs the breakfast was working her butt off. Yet, she made everyone smile and took everything that came her way in stride. The rooms are dated and could use a refreshment. The staff were fine. Didn’t have many dealings with the, Check-in and Check-out."
