"Everything was really nice. It would have been better with air conditioning as the room got really warm especially when it was sunny. The elevator was not working so it was little bit of a problem climbing 5 flights of stairs up to our room as I have a bad knee. . All in all it was really good."

The ability to just nip out to catch a tram or return to eat together really enhanced our family break. "Sentral og fin leilighet som var perfekt for vår familie på 4 stk. Rent og pent, deilige senger og stort varmt bad. Anbefales! Vi hadde booket kun én natt, men vurderte å forlenge oppholdet fordi vi kosa oss så mye der. Barna ville helst flytte dit 😆 Var litt bekymret for å finne gateparkering utenfor da vi ankom på kvelden, men var overraskende enkelt - ble null stress. Det var også enkelt med innsjekk, fikk en link på sms og lastet ned en app som fungerte som en nøkkel, både til selve...

"The apartment was great. It has been very clean, big windows for a lot of daylight, nice furniture and space for our toddler to run too. Huge advantage is the elevator, esp when traveling with a toddler and more luggage. And there would have been some parking lots to book but you also find some parking in walking distance when traveling by car."

"Superb hotel, location and staff are highlights. Bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but maybe that is a regional preference. Breakfast was delightful and varied, summit bar has creative and delicious cocktails, knowledgeable mixologists. Staff was professional, courteous, and security minded, but also friendly, helpful and informative."

"The Clarion Hotel in Oslo was a perfect choice and met all of our expectations for a city hotel, and more. First location....right next to the main rail station so only a 5 to 10 minute walk after the express train from the airport. It's also very close to the main attractions, the harbour, swimming areas and shopping areas. All in all perfect. Second, the hotel. Excellent rooms, very clean and well presented. Lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed. The only thing I'd like is a bigger space to stash a suitcase, but that's very picky! Thirdly, breakfast. I rarely expect much from an inclusive buffer breakfast...but this was superb! Everything you could want - cooked breakfast (bacon, egg, sausage, etc), cold meat & cheese, pickles, breads, smoothies, herring, mackerel, fruit, pastries, coffee & tea - and really well presented. Plenty of seating (only busy on the one day we went down later, after 9:00am). Overall, this is a fantastic modern city hotel in a great location. Highly recommended! Mark"
