"Staff at check in was rude. My boyfriend went to check in (this was his first time ever doing this). The lady was so rude to him and gave him attitude. They had him waiting for our room for over 30 minutes even though check in time is at 3 pm.
The room had no toilet paper (luckily we brought our own), the bathroom door would not close unless we slammed the door shut, and the coffee maker spit out coffee from the sides, spitting hot coffee on my hand.
The bed was nice and comfortable, but I’m very disappointed in our stay. We had two other previous stays where the hotel was amazing and staff was fast and helpful. Don’t think we will be staying here again."
"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind.
Very functional hotel, at walking distance from airport. They had a shuttle service which brought us to the rental car location which was less than 2 miles away, which we appreciated.
Good for one overnight stay.
The outdoor pool was NOT heated so it was impossible to swim in April despite the warm weather. The water park was closed, only open after Memorial Day.
Breakfast was Ok (eggs, sausages, apple juice, including some apples and oranges) served in real platters and silverware.
The hotel is very well maintained but we can tell it is dated, in the interior design, and common furniture. "
"Room was okay. The shower faucet and shower head were not attached to the wall anymore. Weird noise coming from air conditioning. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was not much especially with a Cracker Barrel next door. Staff was great room was okay"
"The staff was nice, the place was horrible. I was very surprised with the name Wyndham. First when I walked in the check in office, it looks run down, far far far like what shows in the picture, day and night difference. The room when I first walked in, the curtain was hanging down sideways, would not move on the tracks. I had to fix it myself by putting in the tracks and hand rolling it to get it even before it started to work. The the floors are super sticky. I did not dare walk without sandals. The bathroom sink has electrical wires hanging down. Bathroom door has a large hole as if someone punched the door. The tub sticker is completely loose. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a crazy loud sound so I would not turn it on. The bathroom door hinges are incredibly rusted. The bathroom floor has paint splatter everywhere. The front door has a huge gap between door and frame/casings. Tv is very small. The hallways were very dirty with bird poop or vomit, disgusting. The wooden hand rails, dont dare touch them, might get your hands full of splinters. No blow dryer in bathroom, had to request one, it was delivered but broken, didn't work. Requested another, and the employee said there were no more. Had to reprogram the key card twice. I can go on with more but, I think I made my point why I gave it a low score."
"Staff is always very nice and sweet. They always take care of anything you might need during your stay. Recommend staying here when in El Paso. It is a peaceful well known place to stay."
