"The hotel and staff were fantastic. The only issue we had was the proximity of a homeless congregation point right by the hotel. We travel frequently in cities with our teenagers and are not bothered by most homeless people. If it had just been one or two people by the hotel we would have been unfazed, however both times we retuned from exploring the area on foot there were groups of 6-8 homeless people blocking the entire sidewalk near the hotel. One of the times we crossed the street to avoid walking through their group, and ended up walking through a group of three individuals doing/selling drugs instead. This is definitely not the hotel’s fault, but I was very glad my husband was with us as I would have felt much more intimidated as just a mom walking with kids. "
