The staff and everything was great! I was surprised there was a destination fee. I didn’t mind the fee, but I saw Expedia had already charged me for that fee so I was confused on Why I had to pay for it again when I checked in

My daughter wanted to come to New York City for her 12th birthday, so we took the train up and stayed overnight. We got in early and went to the hotel to see if they’d hold our bags.
