We had an absolutely amazing time at The Crown Isle Resort and I’m convinced our experience at this wonderful place would be very hard to beat. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday (a surprise) and we couldn’t pick a better place. Stunning property; very spacious, beautiful and comfortable rooms with everything one may need; cleanliness at 100%. Restaurant was beautiful with large windows, wooden decor and great layout. Food out of this world. We have greatly enjoyed our special dinner, breakfast and an evening of cocktails (Raven, our waitress, was fabulous). Bill played a big role in organizing our dinner. With his kind manners he explained everything we needed to know and helped us make our birthday dinner even more special.
And then there was the amazing front desk staff of the Crown Isle Resort! It took us over a month to plan this special getaway for our family (15 of us from various parts of BC, Alberta and Oregon). Jenny, at the front desk, is a true jewel; going out of her way to help us with anything we needed. Arranging and organizing all of our rooms, answering our never-ending questions and accommodating all of our “special requests” to help us get ready for the big surprise. All of that always with a smile. Another two lovely people at the front desk, Annica and Chirag were also wonderful and kind. Nothing ever seemed to be a problem.
We will definitely return to the Crown Isle Resort and we would highly recommend it to others.
