Very good place

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great for local cuisine. Language was a bit of a barrier being from Australia. Resort itself feels a little dated, not really like the photos online but was okay and serviceable. Pool was always clean but just not cold, same as the ocean…. Would I stay again ? Probably not, I believe it would be worth paying a bit more for a bit better.

This place is off the beaten path so I appreciated the pool and being in the beach. We left for the day and never ate lunch or dinner but they would have prepared dinner for us had we wanted them too. Their breakfast every morning was amazing. They have an egg station a banh mi station. Noodle soup station chia seed pudding salads and so much more. Croissants and other breads. The staff was so nice we loved it here. I probably wouldn’t stay for more the 2 nights given how out of the way it is but it was a great place. We got a grab to the main beach by the resorts and enjoyed the day and came back and enjoyed the pool and the serenity of the place.

The property was great! They buggy you to the market nearby and also to the night market. The staff was very helpful for anything we needed help with. Daisy and Haia were so awesome! The breakfast buffet was really good every morning too. Andochine is located nicely on the island.

The hotel is close to the night market, making it quick and easy to find a variety of places to eat nearby. It is also spacious, and the rooms are clean. The hotel provides plenty of amenities, including a safe and a mini fridge. They also offer a shuttle service for airport scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, One thing to note is that there are steps at the front entrance that guests must climb. This could be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities. The breakfast buffet is just okay, but you can always go out and explore the local food options. The pool is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean while you swim. There are also chairs where you can relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and unwind. The staff also made our trip memorable by making a beautiful swan anniversary gift. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phu Quoc.
