Great location and great communication from Yvonne. The rooms were roomy, very clean and airy. Beautiful big balcony and view of the water over the road. Just a walk down the street for breaky & coffee. The furniture is getting dated but I would definitely stay here again.

Liked the layout of the apartment. Liked the air conditioning in the main area and the bedroom. Because we were on the top floor and it was the middle of summer the ceiling heats up during the day and continues to heat the apartment all night while it is cooler outside. Apart from that we loved it.

Spacious and tidy apartment and great location right opposite beach. The only downside was the noisy road. The Managers were very friendly. We would stay again but try staying higher up the floors.

Close to beach and not far from the centre of town

The apartment is in need of a renovation and makeover but the large living area made up for the worn carpet, leaking toilets and no air con in bedrooms. Thankfully there wasn't a huge heatwave at the time of the visit. The lift broke down on our departure but a workman as well as the caretaker gave a hand to carry down our suit cases. All things considered it was a quiet location and the rooms were clean & tidy. The caretaker was quite helpful.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location

Enjoyed 3 wonderful days experiencing the golden beach area .. close enough to Caloundra to walk for shopping & entertainment but far enough away to enjoy the solitude of the beach & waterfront areas .. great walks along the wetland area ... staff were very helpful and made the stay restful ... thank you so much

Clean and comfortable apartment on the beach

Our third floor apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, and had excellent views of Caloundra and the Pumicestone Passage. It was well located just across the road from the water, parklands, and a walking/cycling path. The main Caloundra shopping area is a couple of km away but Golden Beach shopping centre was only a short walk away. It has a small supermarket, takeaway, cafes, doctor, and other shops. The management and staff were friendly and efficient. The only slight minus for us was that the unit is showing it's age a bit. That being said, we would still recommend staying at the Belvedere.

Love it.

Lovely well appointed apartment with fab views from the big deck. Was in great condition and well presented. Was equipped with everything you needed. Glorious walks along the boardwalk and within walking distance to some great eateries. Fab staff and a great vibe.

Fantastic ocean view

Fantastic ocean view from living room. Big, clean and comfortable unit. Great value. Yvonne was super efficient, warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. However, there is only a fan with no aircon in bedrooms which is fine in May but may be a problem during the hotter months.

Golden place

The apartment was centrally located in Golden Beach with water views. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was clean and comfortable. It was a little disappointing to receive only towel each and no sachets of washing powder which would have been handy.

Nice location, however beware of putrid odours!

The second night of my wife's stay in room #17 was spoilt due to a putrid sewage like smell which permeated the entire apartment and destoyed any chance of sleep. The exact source of the smell was unable to be established. The issue was reported to management the following morning, after my wife departed the hotel around first light. Very dissapointing!

Great views across the passage to Caloundra CBD

Great views to the water and CBD lights at night (and to the mountains also if your room is on the top floor). Our apartment was fairly sparsely furnished but ok for a beach stay. Terrible interior layout (2nd & 3rd bedrooms very tiny - barely room to walk around the beds, main bedroom huge but mostly vacant space, no door on the ensuite, kitchen cramped) but I don't have to live there so not really an issue. Playground and beach straight across the road.

Comfortable apartment close to main centre

We found the apartment very comfortable, clean and well maintained and all we needed for our short stay. Security and privacy great. Position perfect with park opposite and view of water. Close to eating places and shops ie walking distance. Traffic a little noisy but expected on busy esplanade. Would like to stay for a more extended time to appreciate surroundings areas of Caloundra.
