Firstly, the description on Expedia states that the resort is a “5-minute walk” away. This wording is misleading, as it implies a short and easy walk. In reality, the walk is quite long, uphill, and not practical for many guests. It heavily relies on the buggy service, which unfortunately has a 10pm curfew that is quite inconvenient.
Room service also needs improvement. Used dishes were not cleared, and coffee capsules were not replaced during servicing.
We experienced long waiting times at reception as well. Given the size of the resort, it would be very helpful to have a valet service and someone to guide guests to their rooms upon arrival.
Additionally, it would improve the guest experience if the buggy service offered to take guests directly to their rooms rather than only dropping them at reception.
With some operational adjustments, this resort could significantly enhance the overall guest experience."
